"Ask not what Yoga is, rather what does yoga mean to me."

Yoga is a personal practice that can be defined in different ways for each person. As your yoga instructors, we will guide you through pranayama (breathwork), meditation and asana (poses) so that you can fully embrace what Yoga means to you.


In an effort to help our community, most of our Yoga classes are FREE. We believe yoga to be much more than the asana and we recognize that the people who need yoga most are usually the ones who take care of everyone else before themselves. They are also the ones who believe they are not flexible enough or fit enough to do Yoga so they don't want to "waste the money." I encourage you to accept this gift and to honor yourself with a practice that strengthens your body and your mind. Namaste.
